We have decided that for the time being property owners can list their gites and holiday rentals for free on this site. Our goal is to be able to offer a wide and interesting range of properties to our site visitors.

If you think that 'free' means 'poor results' you will be surprised! Give us a try, you have nothing to lose and a great deal to gain!

We get results!

Every day many thousands of visitors visit France This Way and the gites and holiday rentals section, many of them to make their travel plans, including booking accommodation. Many owners on the site get a great deal of enquiries from france this way.

To submit your property first REGISTER (it only takes a moment) and then submit your property (login, then see 'Members' menu, 'Your Properties', Add)

We are here to stay

Many holiday rental sites disappear after a few months - having never sent you a single enquiry. We have been around for several years, and will be for many more since we are part of france this way, a leading travel site for people planning to visit France.

Staying at the top of the property rankings

1) In general, we list properties according to how informative they are - listings that have are updated frequently, have a good selection of photos, detailed description etc get shown higher in the results for any search

2) There are further ways for you to keep your property higher in the results - details of these are shown on the 'property submission form' (eg writing an article about a town near you for france this way)

3) Featured properties - we have a restricted number of opportunities for properties to be highlighted as 'featured properties' - these are shown before any other listings in any relevant search, and also highlighted as 'Feature Properties'. They are limited in availability because it would defeat the object if all properties in a search were 'featured'!

The cost of listing a 'featured property' is 150 euros per year.

You need JavaScript enabled to view it. including the property reference number, we will check that there is still availability for featured listings for your department and property size, and if approved will send you details of how to make payment.

Notes

1) We do not allow ANY links to personal websites on properties listed with us. We know from experience that bookings received via this route are almost never correctly attributed to our site.

2) We DO accept (and recommend) links to a homeawayconnect.com availability schedule in the appropriate field on the property details form - this is highly recommended as they are now the industry standard for calendars

3) Owners can add any number of properties that they own personally. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. - payment will be required (£40 / 50 euros per year per property)

4) We will continue to have other forms of advertising on the site where appropriate in order that we can continue offering free advertising

What Next
