Lovely restored cottage, perfect for two. Dating from the 17th century, the cottage has many unique features. The gite includes a lounge with dining area, a kitchen (open plan to the lounge, but around a corner at the end of the L shaped room), a double bedroom and a shower room (feature large shower), all newly equipped. The gite sleeps two people. The accommodation is all on one level, and is approximately 55 square metres in total (i.e. larger than many 'sleeps 4' gites).
Location
Situated in a peaceful location near Villereal, at 25 km from Bergerac (and bergerac airport, a common entry point for the region). The Dordogne and Lot-et-Garonne are both on the doorstep so there is a very large number of places to visit and things to see including numerous castles and medieval villages.
