A renovated farmstead situated in 1.5 hectares of land on a ridge in rolling countryside, the house faces south with outstanding views to the Pyrenees. The holiday apartment at Pechine is newly-renovated to a very high standard and situated on the 1st floor. You have all the comforts of home, warm, relaxing and spacious.

The ideal setting between the villages of Le Fossat and Artigat offers beauty and tranquility yet is a mere 5 mins drive to village shops and amenities. Within easy reach of both Toulouse and Carcassonne airports (each approx a 1 hour drive) and on the direct road to Foix, and the high Pyrenees, many attractions are close to hand.
