Renovated this year [2008] this small barn was previously home to a small herd of goats. The cottage is designed to be suitable for a couple having just one large open plan mezzanine bedroom. There is ample space for us to provide a cot or bed within the bedroom area for a small child if required. A comfortable lounge area is equiped with UK satelite TV, a DVD player, and CD HiFi. There is also a hard wired fast internet connection. This cottage shares a 10 metre [33ft] by 5 metre [16ft] heated, chlorine free swimming pool with our other small gites.

Location

Close to the town of Montendre with easy access to Bordeaux [55kms] Cognac [45kms] and Angouleme [50kms]. Link to the N10 just 5kms away.
