Decorated with a traditional French feel, it also offers every modern convenience including Wi-Fi internet access and UK Satellite TV (freeview). Many original features - exposed beams, stripped floorboards, terracotta tiled floors and an original open fire place with wood burning stove.

Location

Situated in a beautiful part of Central Brittany between Moncontouir and Pontivy and surrounded by delightful countryside yet only 5 minutes drive from Mur-de-Bretagne with all amenities - banks, supermarkets, restaurants and shops and about 20 mins drive from the medieval tourist towns of Pontivy and Loudeac. The largest lake in Brittany, Lac de Guerledan is close by and offers all types of water sports as well as sandy beaches and restaurants. Ideally located to access the wonderful coastlines to the north and south of Brittany with some of the best beaches such as Pleneuf-Val-Andre and Erquy under an hour away. Perros- Guirec, Tregastel and Ploumanach on the pink granite coast are less than 1.5 hours away.

Booking Conditions

For Christmas and New Year bookings the Manoir will be traditionally decoratd throughout, which along with the large feature fireplace and wood burning fire roaring away, will create a wonderful festive setting. For bookings taken during December we also offer a complimentary, locally produced, fresh farm turkey.

A Deposit of 25% of the rental value is payable at the time of making a firm booking.

The balance is payable eight weeks prior to the start date of your holiday. If a booking is made within 8 weeks of the rental period then full payment is required.

A refundable Security Deposit of £200 is payable with the final payment. This will be returned to your bank account at the end of your stay less any damage.

Prices are fully inclusive of all utilities and facilities on site including electricity, gas, water and pool heating.

We would strongly recommend that guests take out a comprehensive travel insurance policy covering cancellation, personal belongings, health and public liability as these are not covered by the owners insurance.

A full booking contract detailing all costs and responsibilities will be provided once a provisional booking has been made by e-mail or telephone.

We accept online credit card payments through PayPal as well as payments by internet bank-bank transfer to our UK account or by personal cheque in GBP.
