Location
Normandy - Pays de Bray, less than 2 hours from chunnel.
Head from the Chunnel in the direction of Boulogne and Abbeville (E40/A18). Just beyond Boulogne the road becomes a toll road (péage).
Take exit 23 just before Abbeville and head for Rouen (A28). Continue about 60 km on the A28 (toll-free motorway) up to Neufchâtel-en-Bray. Do not take the first exit to Neufchâtel-en-Bray (Nord) but the second one to 'Le Four Rouge' or rather Neufchâtel (Sud).
Turn right after the exit to Neufchâtel, cross the bridge and turn right at the traffic lights in the direction of Sommery. Follow this road (D1) past Fontaine-en-Bray (8 km). After the traffic sign 'end Fontaine-en-Bray' it will be only another 650 metres (710 yards) up to the gate on the left (near a traffic sign indicating a winding road - the gate is hidden behind the hedge.

Booking Conditions
After the rental period has been agreed in consultation by email or telephone, the contact will receive a rental contract and an invoice. The rental contract must be signed and returned together with the deposit (30% of the invoice). From that moment the booking will be final. The remainder of the invoice amount should be paid at least six weeks before commencement of the rental period.rnCancellations are subject to a charge which will amount to a certain percentage of the full rent, namely: up to 42 days before commencement of the rental period 30%, from 42 to 28 days before commencement 60%, from 28 days to the day of arrival 90% and on the day of arrival or later 100%. You are advised to take out a cancellation insurance and a good travel insurance.
