Located in the picturesque medieval village of Noyers-sur-Serein (a member of the exclusive Les Plus Beaux Villages de France) Le Chevalier Gris is a wonderful place to enjoy a holiday and explore all that Burgundy has to offer. Noyers itself has a range of local amenities, including a boulangerie, convenience store and two restaurants and it is just a 20km drive to Chablis, where one can sample the region's world famous wine and gastronomy. There are many other places to visit in the surrounding area, including the Château de Tanlay, the medieval city of Auxerre, the prehistoric caves at Arcy and the UNESCO world heritage site at Vézélay. If you fancy going slightly further afield, the lakes and forests of the Morvan and the famous wine region of Beaune can all be enjoyed on day trips and Paris is easily accessible by TGV. The surrounding countryside is perfect for enjoying many outdoor activities, such as walking, cycling, horse-riding and boat trips.

Prices are for the property per week in UK pounds. Rates are also available in euros. Please contact us for further information. We require a 20% non-refundable deposit to confirm your booking. Final payment is due 4 weeks before the start of your holiday.

Changeover day
Changeover day is Saturday and we ask that the house is vacated by 10am on the day of your departure. The house will be available from 3pm on arrival day. It may be possible to book the house for shorter stays/weekends - please contact us for details.
