Extremely spacious, comfortably furnished and tastefully decorated, this lovely house provides a perfect base for rest and relaxation. Entrance hall leads on one side to the modern fitted kitchen with its big electric/gas cooking range, double sink, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher and electric cafetiere/expresso machine, a small sitting room with wood burner, bedroom with bunk beds and bathroom with wc and washing machine. On the other side of the hall is the impressive large wood beamed living room, with dining area leading up steps to a very large sitting room with ample sofas, open fireplace, large flat screen TV/DVD/video, quality CD HiFi, big windows looking out across the valley and sliding French windows tothe terrace. From the dining area stairs lead to a mezzanine and two interconnecting bedrooms, a twin with wc and a double with bathroom with wc and double washbasin. From the sitting room a second staircase leads down to a games room with pool table, table tennis, darts and table football and up to two bedrooms, a twin and a double and a shower room with wc. The separate barn in the garden has been converted to provide additional accommodation for two (see FR1610.101.1 12 occ) with twin bedroom and bathroom with wc and washbasin. Electricity included up to 80 kwh per week. Bed linen and towels included. Beds made on arrival.
