Comfortable detached stone house with wonderful views Position: Situated just under two miles from the pretty village of Cherencé-le-Roussel with its local shop, bakery and bar and just under two miles from the market town of Sourdeval with its shops, bars, restaurants and tennis courts. Only slightly further to the larger town of Vire for more extensive shopping facilites and golf course. Close to the Forest of Sever for woodland walks and abundant wildlife with the lake of Dathée for sailing nearby. The sandy beaches of the Cotentin and Le Mont St. Michel are also within easy reach. Set in beautiful, open countryside, this attractive, detached stone cottage has a large lawned garden with garden furniture and barbecue.

The house is light, bright and well decorated throughout. Living room with wood burner, ample seating with sofa and chairs, TV and video with a selection of tapes. Fitted kitchen with gas cooker, microwave, fridge, table and chairs. Utility room with washing machine, large sink and cupboard for storage. Upstairs there are two bedrooms, one double and one double with double sofa bed (an extra single bed can be provided if required). Large shower room with basin and wc.
