Crouttes 6 km from Vimoutiers: Old house La Boulangerie , built in 1761, outside the resort. In the house: washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use). Shop 6 km, restaurant 4 km. Please note: car essential. The owner lives in the same grounds. The house is situated on a historical site visited from Easter to the end of September every day except Tuesdays from 1400-1800 hrs: gardens with small stretch of water (no railings), chapel, old cider press. On site: guest rooms, restaurant, tea room, between May and SEptember it is possible to arrange weddings. It is possible to prepare small meals on request, to be paid for on site.

Upper floor: 1 room with 1 bed. 1 room with 1 double bed. Shower/WC. Electric heating. Terrace furniture. Reserved parking. Gardens around the house. Wood for the fireplace to be paid for on site. Electric heating to be paid for on site.
