Crouttes 6 km from Vimoutiers: Old house La Laiterie , outside the resort. In the house: washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use). Shop 6 km, restaurant 4 km. Please note: car essential. The owner lives in the same grounds. The house is situated on a historical site which can be visited from Easter until the end of September every day except Tuesdays from 1400-1800 hrs: gardens with small stretches of water (no railings), chapel, old cider press. On site: guest rooms, restaurant, tea rooms, between May and September it is possible to arrange weddings on Saturdays. It is possible to prepare small meals on request, to be paid for on site.

4-room house 90 m2 on 2 levels, rustic and antique furnishings: living/dining room with TV, exit to the garden. 1 room with 2 beds and shower/WC. Kitchenette (3 hotplates, oven, dishwasher, micro wave, freezer). Shower/WC. Upper floor: 1 room with 1 double bed. 1 room with 2 beds, exit to the garden. Garden 200 m2. Terrace furniture. Reserved parking. Please note: on the ground floor, the bedroom with shower/WC is only accessed from outside.
