Beautiful garden. Spacious for two people Position: Situated at the gateway to the Suisse Normande with good fishing lakes nearby. Just three miles from picturesque Putanges on the River Orne with its bars, restaurants, shops and weekly market. Rabodanges Lake is four miles away for water sports, fishing, riding, cycle hire and tennis and endless walking possibilities nearby. Good choice of shops and restaurants at Argentan and Falaise, the birthplace of William the Conqueror, both about 15 miles away. Map reference C3/4 page 28.The cottage has a very pretty lawned garden with terrace, garden furniture, two sun loungers, barbecue and above ground plunge pool (4.5m diameter). Two bikes available.  Table tennis on request. The owners, who are very discreet, live next door but access to the property is completely separate and the property is not overlooked. Off road parking.

Decorated in bright and modern style. Entrance to large open plan living room with comfortable seating including a sofabed, wood burning stove, Sky TV, DVD and video player (takes English videos). Kitchen area with large gas hob/oven, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle and spin dryer. Upstairs to double bedroom and shower room with wc and hand basin. Cot and highchair available. Bed linen available at extra cost payable locally.
