Heated pool. Suitable for disabled people Position: For basic shopping, the pretty village of Courdemanche is only a mile away. For more extensive shopping with local food shops, supermarkets, weekly markets and gourmet restaurants, Le Grand Lucé, with its Château or La Chartre sur le Loir are excellent. You can take the wine route of the Coteaux du Loir and Jasnieres with its famous 19th century wine cellars (loges). There are lakes close by for watersports, swimming or sunbathing. Surrounded by a large garden and lovely farmland scenery, ideal for a relaxing holiday or to explore this pretty area. At the back of the house is a large covered terrace with garden furniture and barbecue. Enclosed heated swimming pool (9x5m) by the side of the house. Pool heating prebookable at 80 per week payable on arrival.
Interior
Spacious, comfortable sitting room with stone fireplace, lounge area with TV/DVD/HiFi and dining area, opening onto the covered terrace and gardens. Large well equipped kitchen with gas rings, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, large fridge, kettle, toaster and cafetière. Shower and two wcs leading out to the pool area. On the first floor: a small double room and a large room with two single beds lead to a room with a double and two single beds (extra bed on request). Shower room and separate wc. Outside stairs lead to two more bedrooms one double, shower room and separate wc and one twin with en suite shower room. The left wing of the house is self contained and specially adapted for disabled people. Large bedroom with a double and a single bed with ensuite shower and separate wc. Electricity above 70kw/week and gas payable locally. Bed linen included and beds made on arrival.
