Set in magnificent extensive grounds, with a south facing garden and terrace with garden furniture and barbecue. The enclosed swimming pool (11x5m) overlooks the woods. A perfect spot for anyone wishing to paint or take lessons with the artist owner who lives opposite. Take a stroll along the river or through the woods or go fishing in the lake, all within the grounds.

A comfortable house carefully restored with many original features. Bright kitchen fully equipped with gas rings, microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster, cafetière, dishwasher, plenty of cupboard space and large breakfast table. Attractive and spacious living room opening onto the south-facing garden. The dining area with large wooden table, has lovely views over the garden and woods. Lounge with sofas around a stone fireplace. Large hall with wc, utility room with washing machine. Attractive master bedroom with king sized bed and bright shower room with walk in shower, two washbasins and wc. Upstairs are four beamed bedrooms a twin/double (specify at time of booking) bedroom with shower and basin, two twins sharing a large bathroom with bath and walk in shower and a smaller double bedroom with shower and basin. Separate wc. Electricity included up to 60kw per week. Bed linen and one large bath towel per person included. Beds made on arrival.
