Stunning views of château, close to beaches Position: Situated in the centre of the village, close to local shops and the church. Only three miles from the bustling town of Challans for morning markets, supermarkets and extensive shopping. The beaches of Saint Jean de Monts and Noirmoutier are around 10 miles away. For bird lovers, the Lake Grand Lieu is a paradise. Le Marais Breton area with its thatched cottages and very picturesque villages, such as Sallertaine is well worth a visit. Private garden with garden furniture and barbecue. The house overlooks a 19th Century manor house, the castle and its tower. Above ground pool (6.4x3.2m). The beautiful parkland is ideal for walks and has a large pond for fishing.

Tastefully decorated. Dining room and separate lounge with fireplace and TV. Well equipped kitchen with cooker, microwave, fridge, dishwasher and washing machine. Separate wc with washbasin. Upstairs, three spacious bedrooms. Two doubles, one with extra single bed in separate lounge and a twin with cot. Bathroom, washbasin and wc. Baby highchair and cot. Electricity above 50 kw per week and gas above 5m3 per week payable locally. Bed linen and one large towel included. Beds made on arrival.
