Four attractive buildings spaced out in the grounds, with 19 terraced and semi-detached houses in total. Nine houses and the pool are designed to cater for the disabled (request at time of booking). Each has its own patio with garden furniture and barbecue. The heated covered swimming pool (14 x 7m) is specially adapted for the disabled and there is a paddling pool for children. Reception room used for evening entertainment and for the free kids club which operates in July and August. Indoor activities as well as supervision round the pool (10am-12 noon/2pm-4pm). Sun beds in a separate area of the garden. Table tennis, swings, slide and children's play area. Fishing is possible in a small private lake. Free washing machines. Cot, highchair, baby bath, mini-ovens available on request.Bed linen, towels and TV available at extra cost payable locally. holiday complex Les Rojelieres , renovated in 2006, in the centre of Saint Benoist sur Mer, in a quiet position, 10 km from the beach. For shared use: grounds with flowers, swimming pool heated (14 x 7 m, depth 120 - 170 cm, 05.04.-25.10.), paddling pool, tennis, children's playground (slide, swing). Private: small garden, garden furniture, barbecue. In the complex: washing machine. Parking by the house. Grocers 200 m, supermarket 10 km, restaurant 10 km, sandy beach 10 km.

The open plan kitchen has 4 rings, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, kettle and cafetiere. Dining area and lounge area with pull out divan. One twin and two triple rooms. Bathroom with a bath, separate walk in shower and WC. Shower room with WC. Upstairs, a double bedroom and separate WC. Electricity payable locally during low season.
