Details
Delightful 12 acre grounds with a small lake with ducks and geese. Shared with another ten cottages, the swimming pool (11x6m) is covered for cool days and opened in the summer, with sun loungers, shared with the other properties on the estate. The Lake of La Provostière (200 acres) is ideal for carp anglers (permits available at reception). Two other lakes in the vicinity. The Maison du Boulanger has its own private garden/terrace with garden furniture and barbecue. Swings and table tennis. .
Interior
Close to the pool with secluded rear garden, the cottage is self contained and very pleasantly decorated. Living room with open plan kitchen, well equipped with cooker, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, kettle and cafetiere. Sitting area with two double sofabeds. Shower room and separate wc. Upstairs: two bedrooms, one double queen size bed and one twin sharing bathroom and wc. Path leading to extra double bedroom across the garden with shower and wc, available on request and at extra cost payable locally. Electricity payable locally in low season. Bed linen and a large towel per person included. Beds made on arrival.
