The sandy beaches are just 40 minutes away and one should not forget the city of Nantes, the Muscadet vineyards, the Marais Breton, the bird reserve and the famous Puy du Fou. Situated at the end of a tranquil hamlet, the house has a large enclosed garden with heated private pool (8x4m). Pool heating must be pre-booked and payable on arrival (50/week). Patio with garden furniture and barbecue, immediately outside the lounge and dining room for eating al fresco and perfect for relaxing in harmony with the pleasant surroundings.

Decorated with attention to detail, the ground floor has main kitchen with oven, hob, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster and a table. Comfortable, well-designed lounge with fireplace and TV/DVD with English channels. Spacious dining room with heavy wooden table, decorative fireplace and kitchenette. Single bedroom suitable for a child. Upstairs are two double bedrooms, a twin and a children's bunk room. Shower room and a bathroom with shower and bath, both with wc. Washing machine in utility room. Gas for central heating and electricity (other than pool heating) over 70kw per week are payable locally. Bed linen and one large towel per person included. Beds made on arrival.
