Close to the Atlantic coast Position: One mile to the village for basic food shops, the house is six miles from the supermarkets in Chateaubriant, also famous for its chateaux, its fairs and local markets. Under 40 miles from La Baule or Pornichet for beaches or the salt beds at Guerande. The Muscadet region is on the doorstep. There are many activities such as golf and tennis to be enjoyed in the vicinity. Totally self contained, this very pleasant country house has a safe enclosed garden at the back with a swimming pool (8x4.5m). The courtyard is shared with the owners who live independently on the other side. Garden furniture and barbecue.

Nicely decorated with beams in most rooms, the vast open plan fitted kitchen is well equipped with cooker, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, cafetiere and a breakfast counter with stools. The bright and comfortable living room opens onto the private garden and has a large wood table and lounge area with sofas, wood burning stove, TV, DVD, hi-fi. Laundry room with washing machine and dryer bathroom with wc and shower room with wc. Upstairs, four beamed bedrooms two doubles and two twins. Separate wc and basin. Electricity included up to 60kW/week.One large towel per person and bed linen included. Beds made on arrival.
