Quietly situated at the end of a cul de sac in some 40 acres of private land bordered by the river Dour Du. One of two adjoining cottages with its own fenced off private area of garden with garden furniture and barbecue, surrounded by fields. Shared games room with table tennis, swings, slide and play house for children and a paddock.

Large living room with sofa and armchairs around the fireplace, two antique Breton cupboards, dresser, TV with DVD and video, HiFi and door to terrace. Separate farmhouse kitchen/dining room with solid wood table and chairs, electric oven, gas hob, microwave, electric cafetiere, toaster, fridge/freezer and diswasher door to terrace. Utility room with washing machine and dryer and separate wc. Upstairs are three bedrooms, a double and two twins and a bathroom with wc. Cot and high chair provided. Bed linen available at extra cost payable locally.
