Short walk to beach, close to shops Position: Ideally situated in the Avenue de la Mer some 400 yards from the main beach of Bénodet and a short walk from the centre wth its shops, bars and restaurants . Supermarket just outside the town centre.  Many other superb sandy beaches on either side of Bénodet and boat trips up the beautiful Odet estuary to the cathedral city of Quimper and out to sea to the Iles de Glénan. Set in a large enclosed garden with garden furniture and barbecue.

Interior

On the ground floor there is a very large living room with dining area, sofa, armchairs and TV. Spacious kitchen with gas hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, toaster, cafetiere and table and chairs. Bathroom and separate wc and double bedroom. Upstairs are three bedrooms, one double and two twins and a separate wc with a washbasin. There is a cellar and a garage with washing machine. Cot available on request.  Electricity included up to 80kw per week. Bed linen available at extra cost payable locally.
