Quiet rural location close to shops and beaches Position: In a quiet and rural residential area , some three miles inland from Benodet with its  beaches, shops and restaurants and under a mile from the village of Pleuven for all your everyday shopping needs, with  a supermarket slightly further away. Two miles from the pretty town of Fouesnant for more shops and restaurants and a its sports centre with indoor swimming pool with water slides. Boat trips from Benodet up the beautiful Odet estuary to the cathedral city of Quimper, or out to sea to the Iles de Glenan. At the end of a quiet county lane the house stands in a pleasant enclosed and leafy garden, with lawn, garden furniture and barbecue.

Interior

The house offers simple but  excellent value accommodation furnished in traditional style. The living room has a dining area leading to a small sitting area with sofa, armchair, day bed and TV with DVD player. Older style but well equiiped kitchen with electric oven, mixed gas/electric hob, microwave, fridge and table and chairs. Also on the ground floor is a bathroom and separate wc. Upstairs are three bedrooms, two doubles and a twin, and a shower room with wc. Washing machine. Electricity included up to 50 kwh per week and water up to 10 m3 per week.
