Large garden with private pool, tennis court, ideal for two families Position: On the Crozon peninsula, between the great natural harbour of Brest and the magnificent bay of Douarnenez, four miles from the beach of Trez Bellec and three miles from the shops of Telgruc sur Mer, and under 10 miles from the resort of Crozon/Morgat for more extensive shopping and restaurants and just over 20 miles from the attractive, riverside town of Chateaulin. In quiet rural surroundings, the house stands in a large lawned garden, full of flowers and with south facing terrace with garden furniture, sun loungers and built in barbecue. The swimming pool with Roman steps is fenced. Behind the house is a tennis court, not in great condition but Ok for a knock up!

Consists of two separate apartments, both quite simply furnished but well equipped, with separate access from the outside, on ground and first floors, making it ideal for two families or groups of friends. The downstairs apartment has living room with dining area and sitting area with sofa and fireplace and French windows to terrace. Kitchen with oven, gas hob (5 rings) microwave, fridge, dishwasher, electric cafetiere and kettle. Four bedrooms, two doubles and two singles. Bathroom with bath and shower, double wasbasin and washing machine. Separate wc. Upstairs apartment reached via outside staircase, with living room under the eaves with dining area, sofa, armchairs, TV, Hi Fi and kitchen area with gas hob, microwave, fridge and dishwasher. Three bedrooms, a double and two singles, bathroom with shower and separate wc. Electricity payable locally. Bed linen available at extra cost payable locally.
