Although the first floor of the villa is closed off (and not used), it provides extremely spacious accommodation ideal for a family or two couples. Comfortably furnished and spacious living room with dining and sitting area, satellite TV (English channels) with DVD player, fireplace with wood burner, bar and French windows to terrace, well-equipped fitted kitchen with gas/electric hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, double sink and dishwasher. Washing machine. One double and one twin bedroom. Bathroom with bath, basin, hairdryer and wc. Second bathroom with bath, shower, bidet, basin, hairdryer and separate wc. Cot available on request. Electricity included up to 80 kwh per week. Bed linen available at extra cost payable locally.
