A stone's throw from the beach, uninterrupted sea views Position: Beautifully situated above the coast road leading from Trévignon to Kersidan. Trévignon with its fishing harbour and shops is just over half a mile away and it is six miles to Trégunc for more extensive shopping. About 20 minutes drive to Concarneau with its walled old town, fishing harbour and restaurants and a similar distance from the pretty artists town of Pont Aven. Large enclosed garden with garden furniture and barbecue. During the summer season the owners live in a mobile home behind the villa, but are well secluded from the latter behind a high hedge and with separate access.

Interior

From the terrace large sliding French windows lead into the open-plan living room which is pine panelled and attractively furnished. Light and airy it has a dining area, open fireplace and comfortable sitting area with TV and video. At one end, behind a bar, is a fitted kitchen with gas/electric cooker, microwave, fridge, small freezer, dishwasher, electric cafetiere, table and chairs. Also on the ground floor is a carpeted double bedroom, shower room with washing machine and separate wc. Up a spiral staircase to one double, one twin and two single bedrooms all carpeted, with ample cupboard space (except one single) and velux windows. Shower with basin and wc. Cot available on request. Bed linen available at extra cost payable locally.
