Trégunc for more extensive shopping is six miles away. About 20 minutes drive to Concarneau with its walled old town, fishing harbour and restaurants and a similar distance from the pretty artists town of Pont Aven.The villa stands in an enclosed garden, partly shaded by trees, and has a terrace with garden furniture, five sun loungers and a stone built barbecue and picnic table.

On the ground floor is the dining room and separate sitting room with satellite television with English channels and Hi-Fi, kitchen with electric cooker, microwave, electric cafetiere, kettle, toaster, fridge, freezer and dishwasher. Two interconnecting twin bedrooms, bathroom and separate wc. Second kitchen with gas cooker, fridge and washing machine and adjoining wc. Upstairs, spacious landing, three bedrooms, a twin and a double which interconnect and a second double. A small sitting area and a shower room. Cot provided. Bed linen available at extra cost payable locally.
