Direct access to beautiful sandy beach, glorious sea views  Position: A stones throw from the beach at the bottom of the garden and about half a mile from the centre of Locquirec with its shops, restaurants, sailing school and pretty harbour. More extensive shopping and supermarket at Plestin Les Greves just over six miles away, and under 20 miles from the attractive old town of Morlaix. At the front of the house is a garden with lawn surrounded by hydrangeas, and at the back a smaller area of garden and terrace with garden furniture overlooking the beautiful sandy beach below and from where the views are breathtaking. There is a stone built barbcue.

Quite simply furnished and compact but very well maintained. Living room with sitting area with small sofa, cane sofa and armchairs and dining area. Small kitchen with gas cooker, microwave, fridge, toaster, electric cafetiere and kettle. Washing machine in garage on lower ground floor. Bathroom with half bath and separate shower. Separate wc. Upstairs are three bedrooms, two doubles, one with cot and a tiny single suitable for a child (small bed and no hanging space). Electricity payable locally. Bed linen available at extra cost payable locally .
