The village of Agenton, with its shops (including cycle hire), restaurants and tennis courts is just over a mile away. The port town of Brest for supermarkets and extensive shopping is just over 12 miles away. Raised terrace with garden furniture and barbecue, with a view across to the beach next to the house. Below is a gravel courtyard with lots of flowers and a small area of lawn to one side. Beyond is a grassy area outside the garden, with a stream running through, and where children can play.

A converted fisherman's cottage simply but comfortably furnished with accommodation all on one level. Large open plan, L shaped living room with sitting area with TV, dining area and fitted kitchen area with gas cooker, microwave, fridge, electric cafetiere, dishwasher and washing machine (in separate utility room). Three bedrooms, two doubles and a twin, bathroom and separate wc. Cot and high chair provided. Electricity payable locally. No linen hire.
