Beautiful views and a lake for fishing Position: Condéon, less than a mile away, has a bakery, Barbezieux five miles away has a pretty town centre with all local shops, a lovely church, weekly market and supermarkets. Part of the Cognac wine growing area, Condéon is ideally situated to visit the distilleries of Cognac (20 miles) or the châteaux around Bordeaux and Saint Emilion. A day at the seaside is within an hours drive at Royan. Set in quiet countryside, the house enjoys extensive grounds with fields and woods. Ideal for anglers there is a pond within the grounds and a small lake nearby well stocked with carp, tench, pike and perch (permit required). Large covered terrace overlooking private pool (10x5m). Garden furniture, sunbeds, swing and built in barbecue. Bicycles available to hire.
