For shared use: natural state grounds 3 ha (fenced), swimming pool (40 m2 depth 100 - 200 cm, 15.05.-30.09.), outside shower. Shop 2 km, supermarket 6.5 km, restaurant 6 km, sandy beach 35 km, public bathing area 600 m. Please note: car essential. The ground stretch along the river banks and are situated at the mouth of the Gave de Pau and the Adour. Water sports possible (jet ski, small motor boat, kayaking and fishing(not provided) as the bay is private to the estate. The swimming pool, saltwater fed, is surrounded by a terrace of 300 m. Hiking and cycling paths along the river banks (departure 500 m).
