Mature gardens, typical landaise house, light and comfortable Position: Under one mile from Tilh for basic shopping, Pomarez is just over four miles away for supermarkets. Orthez, 10miles away, has more extensive shopping. Ideally situated to visit, Dax, Lourdes , Bayonne, Biarritz and many other Basque towns, as well as Seignosse for the beach but also for its golf course. 6.Situated on extensive land, the house, typical of Les landes, is next door to the owners house, but perfectly separate and self contained. The wonderful gardens are full of flowers and trees and there is plenty of space for children to play. Terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue. Private pool (6X11) with jacuzzi in the shallow end. Sunbeds on the pool terrace.
Interior
The house is reached by side stairs as it is above a plant conservatory. Very pleasantly decorated and very light, there is a large sitting room with an open kitchen well equipped with cooker, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, cafetiere, dining area and lounge area TV and DVD. Two doubles and one twin rooms share a bathroom and separate WC. Electricity included up to 50kW/weekOne large towel per person and bed linen included for the duration of the stay. Initial supply of bed and towels included.
