Beautiful enclosed gardens with stunning views Position: Situated in a peaceful hamlet two miles from Rocamadour for shops, restaurants, supermarkets and market. There is a farm where you can buy home produce such as patés, honey, cheese on your doorstep. Close to Payrac, Gramat and the caves of Padirac and Lacave. Gourdon and Sarlat are both within easy reach. This beautifully restored farm house has an enclosed front garden with flowers and trees and a fenced, heated swimming pool (8x4m) with sun loungers and lovely views of the countryside. Terrace under a shady pergola arbour with garden furniture and barbecue.

Spacious and beautifully decorated, the house has a large bright kitchen behind a bar, well equipped with gas hob, oven, microwave, American fridge/freezer,  dishwasher, kettle, electric cafetiere, espresso machine, toaster, flat screen TV (English channels) and DVD player and a large farmhouse dining table. The sitting room is very comfortably furnished and has a large fireplace and TV. Shower room and separate wc. Up the open tread stairs are three bedrooms, a double with TV, a twin and a single. Outside next to the pool, there is a small stone outbuilding with a pretty twin bedroom with kitchenette with fridge, microwave and electric coffee maker and a shower room with wc in a separate building a few feet away. Electricity above 60kw/week payable locally. Bed linen and one large towel per person included. Beds made on arrival.
