A beautiful old house, equipped to the highest standard  Position: Close to the charming small village of Saint Amand de Coly with its famous abbey church and restaurant, four miles from Le Lardin for all your shopping needs, six miles to Montignac with its shops and restaurants and the caves of Lascaux nearby. Sarlat, with its medieval old town and weekly market is 16 miles away, with the Dordogne valley just beyond. 6Set in tranquil rural surroundings, surrounded by meadows and woods, on the edge of a small hamlet of traditional stone built houses. There are large expanses of grass, perfect for childrens games, around the house, swings and a sunny enclosed terrace with private pool (11x4.5m), sun loungers, parasols, garden furniture, barbecue and table tennis. Tennis court at owners farm (15km) free of charge.

Very spacious and comfortably furnished in rustic style and well equipped for a relaxing holiday. Large living room with two sofas, armchairs, TV, DVD player, radio/CD player, large open fireplace and dining area. Modern fitted kitchen with electric oven, mixed gas/electric hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, electric coffee maker,  electric kettle, toaster and mixer. Utility room with washing machine, dryer and freezer. Ground floor double bedroom, with king sized bed, a shower room with two washbasins, a separate wc and ample storage space. Upstairs are four bedrooms, a master king sized double with bathroom and separate wc, a twin with shower room, another king sized double and a childrens bunk bedded room. Central heating at extra cost payable locally. Mobile telephone available on request. Electricity included up to 84 kw per week. Cot and highchaire provided. Firewood available at extra cost.One set of bed linen and two towels per person included.
