Beautifully restored and decorated  with far reaching views  Position: 500m above the village of Coly with its village shop and the restaurant of Le Manoir dHautegente close by. Seven miles to Terrasson for all your shopping, and slightly further to Montignac, with the caves of Lascaux close by. Fishing and tennis at la Grande Prade two miles away. About 20 miles to Sarlat with the Dordogne valley just beyond. 6Superb setting, in some twenty acres of private wooded grounds with breathtaking views across the valley. Endless possibilities for woodland walks and lots of space for children to play in complete safety. Terrace , with garden furniture and barbecue, overlooking the pool (10x5m) with its decking surround. The friendly and helpful owners live close by.

Interior

This former farm house has been expertly restored to provide accommodation of a high standard, with traditional and modern features. The very large open plan living room on three levels is light and airy with satellite TV (with English channels), DVD and Hi Fi with CD player. Sitting area comfortably furnished in modern style with french windows to terrace. A central open fireplace divides this from the dining area on a slightly higher level.Above is the very well equipped kitchen behind a bar with electric hob, oven, microwave, American fridge/freezer, dishwasher, double sink, electric cafetiere and toaster. Wc and laundry room with washing machine and ironing board. Open tread stairs (no bannister, but stair gate provided at top) to first floor under the eaves with four bedrooms, all furnished in light, modern style. The master double, with view across the valley, has its own shower and washbasin, a childrens' twin leads through to a second double at the opposite end and there is another twin, a bathroom and separate wc. Bed linen and towels available at extra cost payable locally.
