Charming country house with lovely views Position: Situated in a hilltop rural hamlet, close to St Amand de Coly with its famous Abbey church and excellent restaurant and just two miles from Saint Genies with itsbakery, local shop, bar and two restaurants. Montignac with its good choice of shops, supermarkets, market and restaurants is three miles away, with the caves of Lascaux close by and Sarlat is only nine miles away with the Dordogne valley just beyond. Infront of the house is a pleasant garden with fig trees and vines from which you can pick the fruit in season. To one side is a lovely shady terrace with garden furniture and barbecue. There is a fenced swimming pool (4x8m) with sun loungers and there are lovely views of the surrounding countryside.

Interior

Tastefully decorated and furnished. The kitchen is well equipped with cooker, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, electric cafetiere, kettle, radio, table and chairs. Washing machine. The attractive and spacious livingroom is comfortably furnished with sofa and armchairs around the fireplace, TV and dining area with farmhouse table. Upstairs are three bedrooms, two doubles and small twin, a bathroom and separate wc. Electricity included up to 56 kwh per week. Bed linenavailable at extra cost payable locally.
