A lovely old house on a beautiful river bank setting Position: A short walk from the village of Coly, with its local shop and about two miles from St Amand de Coly with its famous abbey church. About seven miles from Terrasson for good shopping, supermarkets and restaurants and slightly further to the charming town of Montignac, with the caves of Lascaux nearby and about 20 miles to Sarlat. A short walk to the Manoir dHautegente, the owners hotel with its excellent restaurant. 6Set in a large garden shaded by trees and bordered, along one side, by the river Coly where you can fish. The large private pool (10x6m with safety alarm) is set away from the house close to the river bank. Terrace in front of the house withgarden furniture, sun loungers and barbecue.

Interior

Recently renovated and tastefully decorated throughout, this charming house provides spacious and comfortable accommodation of a high standard. On the ground floor is a large farmhouse kitchen with fireplace, dining table and chairs and kitchen area behind a bar, well equipped with gas hob (5 rings) electric oven, fridge with ice box and dishwasher. Utility room with washing machine and dryer. Separate wc, Large sitting room with sofa, armchairs, piano, TV/DVD, HiFi and card table. From here stairs lead to the first floor with four bedrooms, three king size double/twin bedded rooms, one with bathroom and one standard double and separate bathroom and separate wc. Cot and high chair provided. Bed linen and towels included and beds made on arrival. Please note: three of the double bedrooms have two single mattresses joined so can be used as single beds.
