Charming and beautifully restored village house Position: Very conveniently situated in the village of Coly, with its local shop and seven miles from Terrasson for more extensive shopping. Slightly further to Montignac, with the caves of Lascaux nearby and under 20 miles from Sarlat. A short walk to the Manoir d'Hautegente, the owners hotel with its excellent restaurant. Fishing and tennis at La Grande Prade two miles away. Quietly situated with views across the valley, there is a delightful walled garden with private pool (8x4m) surrounded by terraces, leading into a pretty and shady courtyard with garden furniture and barbecue.

Interior

Everything has been thought of in this pretty cottage, which is very comfortably furnished, tastefully decorated and very well equipped, with the benefit of air conditioned bedrooms. Downstairs is a living room with exposed stone walls, wood beams, sofas and armchairs around an open fireplace, TV with video/DVD player, HiFi and internet access and dining area furnished in rustic style. The adjoining kitchen has an oven, gas and electric hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, table and chairs. This leads to a pretty double/twin bedroom with bath and washbasin and there is a separate wc. Upstairs is a most attractive double/twin bedroom under the eaves with bath and washbasin behind a bar and separate wc. Washing machine in outbuilding. Bed linen and towels included.
