There is a grocery providing for everyday needs in Saint Léon, as well as a post office and two restaurants, whilst more extensive shopping is available in Montignac just over five miles away The caves of Lascaux are a similar distance whilst it is just nine miles to Les Eyzies and just under 20 miles to Sarlat. Expertly converted and restored and immaculately maintained, with solid rustic style furnishings in light oak. Entrance from terrace at back to middle floor, open plan living room with sitting area around the fireplace (closed) with TV and Video, dining area and fitted kitchen with electric oven, mixed hob, microwave, fridge with ice box and dishwasher. Upstairs under the eaves is a wood panelled double bedroom with washbasin, cot and velux windows, and a separate wc. On the lower ground floor with door to the terrace is an attractive double bedroom with adjoining alcove with two bunk beds and a shower room with wc, washing machine and dryer. Electricity included up to 56kw per week. Bed linen available at extra cost payable locally.
