Muguet/Saint Rabier House with pretty garden in quiet village location  Position: On the edge of the small village of Muguet and just over a mile from Saint Rabier for local shops. Restaurant, La Mule Blanche, within walking distance at La Bachellerie, about half a mile away. More shops and weekly market at Le Lardin, four miles away, and supermarkets and more extensive shopping and facilities at Terrasson, eight miles away, The same distance to Hautefort with its magnificent château, and slightly further to the pretty town of Montignac, close to the caves of Lascaux and other sites of prehistoric interest. 6.Quietly situated, the cottage stands in a very pretty enclosed garden with fenced swimming pool (8x4m and with pool alarm) with lawn, attractive covered patio, garden furniture and barbecue.

Attractively and comfortably furnished, with several antiques, there is a conservatory, overlooking the pool, leading to a dining area and sitting area with armchairs, cane sofa, TV, DVD player, HiFi, WiFi and telephone for local and incoming calls. Kitchen with mixed gas/electric hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, electric cafetiere and electric kettle, leading to covered patio, prefect for al fresco eating. Upstairs is a mezzanine double bedroom (ie no door at top of stairs), leading to a second bedroom with double and single bed. Wood panelled bathroom with bath, two wash basins and wc. Bed linen and towels included.
