Very comfortably furnished house with magnificent views   Position: Situated on the outskirts of St Cyprien, with its shops, restaurants and local market and within a half hours drive of Sarlat, Domme and Les Eyzies. 6Set on a hillside with far reaching views across the valley towards Chateau des Milandes, this typical Périgourdine style house is built around an old pigeonnier. The interior is comfortably and tastefully furnished, with exposed stone walls and wood beams throughout providing truly rustic character. Superb heated swimming pool (11 x 5m) with chaises longues and raised terrace at the front of the house with covered outside dining area and barbecue.

Interior

Sitting room with two sofas and enormous open fire place, television with satellite for English programmes. Raised, modern dining area in the middle of the house, with separate breakfast area below. Well equipped kitchen with gas hob, electric oven, two fridges, dishwasher, coffee machine and radio. A utility room is also on the ground floor with a third fridge, washing machine and wc with basin. Stairs lead to a small children's twin bedroom under the eaves above the kitchen. The main stairs from the dining room lead to three bedrooms: two twins and a double with shower and double washbasin. All are carpeted with ample cupboard space. Second bathroom and separate wc. Electric heating and telephone. Bed linen and towels included.
