Expertly restored farm cottage in delightful country setting Position: Situated some three miles from Salignac for everyday shopping and six miles from Sarlat with its weekly market. Within easy reach of the Dordogne valley as well as the caves of Les Eyzies and Lascaux. Les Bousquies stands on a hilltop with uninterrupted views and is surrounded by fields. It has a large meadow garden and secluded courtyard with garden furniture overlooking the pool (11x5m all one depth) fenced off for the safety of young children. An archway links the main house to a small barn with barbecue. The house has been cleverly created out of a restored farm cottage which has been considerably extended using old stone and roof tiles. Table tennis and swings. Garden furnture including sun loungers. Tennis court at owners farm (3km) free of charge.

Interior

The interior with its exposed stone walls and wood beams has been finished and furnished in rustic style. On the ground floor is a large sitting/ dining room with sofa and armchairs around the open fireplace, TV/DVD player, radio/CD player, dining table and chairs, open-plan fitted kitchen area with electric oven, mixed gas/electric hob, microwave, electric kettle, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. Separate utility room with washing machine and dryer. Two ground floor double bedrooms with king sized beds, bathroom and separate wc. Upstairs under the eaves are two bedrooms: a twin and a king sized double. Shower room with wc. Cot and highchair. Bed linen available at extra cost payable locally.
