Les Eyzies is ten miles away, Sarlat 20 miles and the valley of the Dordogne just beyond. Quietly situated in a small hamlet at the top of a hill, with far reaching views, this newly converted farm cottage stands just behind the owners house, but has its own large and secluded garden with swimming pool (8x4m), swing and terrace with garden furniture and built in barbecue. Large living room comfortably furnished in rustic style with fireplace, two sofas, armchairs, TV with DVD player and french windows to terrace, and dining area open to the eaves with gallery landing above. Kitchen with gas cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer, toaster, electric kettle, electric mixer, electric cafetiere and dishwasher. Ground floor double bedroom, shower room and separate wc. Upstairs are two twin bedrooms, a bathroom with two washbasins and separate wc. Cot, high chair and baby bath provided. Washing machine in shower room downstairs. Two hair dryers in each bathroom. Bed linen available at extra cost payable locally.
