Delightful cottage in convenient village location Position: Next to Villa Crouzel in the village of Plazac with its local shop with bakery, organic grocery, cafe/bar and post office, all a short stroll away, as well as tennis courts nearby. Rouffignac with its more extensive shops and its Sunday farmers market is about four miles away, with Montignac and Les Eyzies both about ten miles away and Sarlat about 20 miles. There are many walks to enjoy in the area and a map of the various tracks and suggested walks will be provided. Golf course of St Felix 10 miles away.This charming gite with its own private swimming pool, ideal for two couples or a small family, incorporates the interesting feature of a pigeonnier in a tower. Garden area with garden furniture and barbecue on the opposite side of the house from the swimming pool with its spacious pool house and sun loungers. 2 .

On the ground floor is the living room comfortably furnished in rustic style, with dining and sitting areas with armchairs and double sofa bed, double bedroom with shower and wc and, in the tower, kitchen with electric oven, gas hob and fridge and shower room with wc. Upstairs, also in the tower, is a twin bedroom. Central heating. Two bicycles. Washing machine. Cot available.  Bed linen available at extra cost payable locally.
