Beautiful manor house in lovely grounds Position: Situated in the village of Plazac with its local shop with bakery, organic grocery, cafe/bar and post office, all a short stroll away, as well as tennis courts nearby. Rouffignac with its more extensive shops and its Sunday farmers market is about four miles away, with Montignac and Les Eyzies both about ten miles away and Sarlat about 20 miles. There are many walks to enjoy in the area and a map of the various tracks and suggested walks will be provided. Golf course of St Felix 10 miles away. Sharing the same spacious grounds, but quite separate from, the Moulin de Cordestieux, with its own area of lawned garden in front and private pool (11x5.5m) behind, with sun loungers, parasols and poolside shower, set amongst mature walnut and fruit trees, with a stream just beyond. To one side of the house is a most attractive covered eating out area with old bread oven with barbecue and teak garden furniture.

Interior

Very spacious, elegantly furnished and equipped to a high standard by the Dutch architect owners. On the upper ground floor  is a large sitting room with sofa, armchairs, satellite TV with DVD, CD player and large open fireplace, superb kitchen dining room with gas/electric hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher , a twin/double bedroom with dressing room, bathroom with shower, bath and wc. On the first floor are two twin/double bedrooms and, through one of the bedrooms a shower room and wc. Stairs from the kitchen lead to the lower ground floor with a separate wc, office, laundry room with washing machine and dryer, shower room with wc and a sauna. Internet access. Telephone. Pool towels and bathrobes available for hire locally. Bed linen, household linen and bath towels included.
