Set on a hillside with breathtaking views across the vineyards to Bergerac beyond. You can relax and enjoy this panorama from the terraces around the pool (11x 5.5m, with steps) at the back of the house. There is a covered terrace to one side, with sandpit for children and a delightful patio shaded by a pergola overlooking the pool, perfect for al fresco eating. There is a good choice of garden furniture, including sun loungers and a barbecue. Beyond the pool area is a large expanse of grass, bordered by vines, providing plenty of space for childrens games. Driveway with parking space for several cars.

Interior

Completely restored to a very high standard , the accommodation is divided into two self contained parts, the main farmhouse and an adjoining annexe above the garage. It can be let without the latter, in low season for up to 6 people. In the main farmhouse is an enormous and very comfortably furnished sitting room with sofas, armchairs and TV around the big, open fireplace. This leads through to a most attractive dining room, seating 10, with an old bread oven, adjacent to the well equipped and wood beamed kitchen with oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge and dishwasher. There is a separate utility room with a freezer, a laundry room with washing machine and three bedrooms in this part of the house all on the ground floor a double with bathroom with two washbasins, another double with shower room and a twin. There is a separate shower room with wc and a further separate wc. In the annexe, which is reached by an outside staircase from the courtyard, there are two bedrooms, a double and a twin, a bathroom, separate wc and a living room brightly decorated and furnished in modern style with sofa, armchairs. TV/Video and a kitchen behind a bar with oven, gas hob, microwave, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. Cot, high chair, baby bath, bouncing cradle, bottle warmer and nappy changing table provided. Electricity payable locally before 5th July and from 30th August. Bed linen, household linen and towels available at extra cost payable locally.
