Beautiful house in quiet wooded surroundings Position: Just over six miles from Bergerac, with its attractive old town and good choice of shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants and a few minutes from Lembras for local shops. Well placed for exploring the vineyards of Bergerac with those of Pecharmant very close by and within easy reach of the Perigord Noir to the east and Bordeaux and Saint Emilion to the west. Set in peaceful wooded surroundings, the spacious grounds with a fresh water spring and a stream running through, are perfect for quiet relaxation, with lots of lovely walks direct from the house through the surrounding woods and meadows. Large and shady gravel terrace with garden furniture and barbecue and private pool (10x5m with alarm) in the open area of grass to the side of the house.

Interior

The elegant, traditionally furnished sitting/dining room with sofa, open fireplace and satellite TV, leads to the large kitchen with mixed gas/electric hob, electric oven, fridge, freezer and dishwasher, both rooms with French windows to the garden. Also on the ground floor is a spacious and bright double bedroom with two sets of French windows, a shower room with washing machine and a separate wc. Upstairs is a large landing providing a quiet sitting/reading area with card table and three further comfortably furnished and pretty bedrooms, a double, a twin and a single, a bathroom and separate wc. Electricity for heating payable locally. Bed linen and towels available at extra cost payable locally.
