Beautiful rural surroundings, close to Saint Emilion Position: Just over two miles from Villefranche de Lonchat for local shops and seven miles from Castillon la Bataille for a good choice of shops, supermarkets and restaurants. Many other fortified bastide towns, built by the English, to visit in the area, as well as the vineyards of Saint Emilion, 10 miles away, and those of Bergerac, some 20 miles away. 6.In a quiet country setting, the cottage is attached to the house of the friendly owner with whom the swimming pool (9.5x4.5m) is shared. It has its own pleasant garden full of flowers and shrubs, and with garden furniture, baby swing and barbecue.
Interior
Comfortable and tastefully decorated. The living room has a well equipped kitchen/dining area with electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer (well stocked for your arrival), kettle, toaster, cafetiere and dishwasher, a sitting area with single divan bed, TV/DVD and HiFi. Bathroom with bath and shower attachment, wc, washing machine, dryer and hair dryer and a pretty double bedroom with queen sized bed. Cot, high chair, push chair and child's bike (for 3 year old) available on request. Electricity included up to 30kw per week. Bed linen and towels included. Beds made on arrival.
