Exceptional country house in extensive parkland Position: The beautiful estate of Chateau de Fontenay, where the house is situated, is a mile outside the pretty old town Nérondes with its shops, supermarket and Saturday market. The Berry region is full of riches with its Romanesque churches and Romantic châteaux, the Sancerre vineyards, the motor racing at Nevers-Magny Cours and the lovely cities of Bourges and Nevers. The other staircase leads to a twin bedroom and a bunk room which share a bathroom. Separate wc. Double room with en suite bathroom and wc. Downstairs, the laundry room with washing machine and sink, leads to the back garden. Electricity above 60kw per week payable locally. One large towel per person and bed linen included.
