Charming, spacious village house. Heated poolPosition: The house is ideally situated in the centre of the village of La Ferté Loupière, which hosts a number of cultural activities and art exhibitions. It also hasfood shops and a good restaurant. The attractive historical town of Joigny, ten miles away is known for its vin gris, monuments and its many shops, restaurants and supermarkets. In the close surroundings, the cathedral at Sens, the medieval castle of Guédelon, the Son et Lumière display at Saint Fargeau and the lovely towns and famous vineyards of Auxerre and Chablis are not to be missed. There are plenty of activities to enjoy in the area with the village tennis court, a golf course near by, marked walksin the forest and water sports on Lake Bourdon. This lovely house has a spacious garden ideal for children, a billiard table (extra deposit required for its use) and an enclosed heated swimming pool (10x4,5m). Jacuzzi on the veranda mezzanine. Garden furniture, gas barbecue, table tennis.

Utility room with washing machine and dryer. Cosy reading lounge and fireplace. Large double bedroom, bathroom with spa bath and separate shower, separate wc. Upstairs, three large double rooms, a dressing room, a bathroom with a bath and separate shower separate wc. Extra bed on request. Gas payable locally. Prebookable pool heating.One large towel per person and initial supply of bed linen.
