In the house: central heating. Shop, grocers 500 m, supermarket 1.8 km, restaurant 500 m. Please note: car essential. Wire fencing between the house and the lake (0,90 m). Unsupervised bathing possible. Depth of lake at the shore edge 1.5 -3 m. Beach with supervised bathing, sailing 1.2 km. Central heating in all rooms except in the bedroom with 1 x 2 bunk beds where there is an electric radiator. Lakes and rivers nearby with lots of fish! Access to the ground floor cellar via interior stairs (this area is not renovated).

Reserved parking (fenced, 2 cars). Parquet and old tiles in the bedrooms. Double glazed window. Dining room with 2 armchairs. Small TV. Small bedroom with small window.
